
Customer Experience Resolution Expert

We operate through a network of over 9,000 points of sale worldwide, offering exclusive and highly customised hearing solutions and services.
The Customer Complaints Specialist is responsible for ensuring smooth issue handling and outstanding customer experience in line with our standards and core values.
Main responsibilities include:
- Investigating and solving client complaints in accordance with our policies and procedures
- Identifying potential risks and addressing problems before they escalate into larger issues
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide fast and client-centred resolutions to issues impacting customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Retail, preferably in customer relationship management (complaints handling), project management experience, and excellent knowledge of Office package, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
Additionally, the candidate should have high proficiency using MS Office Suite, experience in industries where customer satisfaction is key, and demonstrated understanding of project management, process management, service delivery and PM software.
