Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert assessments and guidance to support people with sudden changes in their career goals and circumstances.
- Conduct thorough assessments to help individuals discover new career paths.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive successful outcomes for clients.
- Identify barriers to returning to work and design effective programs to assist injured employees in rejoining the workforce.
- Educate employers on the importance of workplace wellness and health benefits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A tertiary qualification in rehabilitation counselling or psychology (masters degree preferred).
- Registration with AHPRA or ASORC is essential.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are required.
- A genuine passion for empowering others and advocating for recovery and return to work is necessary.
