Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant
Description:We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Rehabilitation Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess strong communication and report writing skills, as well as a client-centred approach.
Key Responsibilities:- To deliver assessments and counselling to individuals who are experiencing a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances
- To conduct assessments to guide individuals towards their new career
- To collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
- To identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
- Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
- Registration with AHPRA or ASORC
- Possession of strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Up to 8 days of additional leave a year
- Paid study leave and experienced mentorship
