Job Title: Organizational Culture Specialist

This role oversees the framework and governance for driving successful delivery of non-business-as-usual programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance organizational maturity through fit-for-purpose solutions;
  • Digital transformation for efficient processes and accurate data;
  • Create a strategic framework that provides strong structure, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation;
  • Ensure annual plans are in place, enabling project KPIs, milestones, and outcomes to be monitored and delivered.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work with senior leaders and project leads to develop support materials, advise on tools and governance, monitor progress, and create stakeholder plans and communications.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee successful delivery of organizational development initiatives;
  • Facilitate planning processes for reviewing and aligning the people strategy and program of work;
  • Manage and report progress against the holistic program of work, ensuring efforts are aligned against priorities;
  • Partner to develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans;
  • Work with project leads to ensure effective project scope, plans, change, and communication plans are in place;
  • Develop an aligned roadmap for organizational systems transformation;
  • Report on process improvement plans to uplift maturity and clarity of key organizational processes;
  • Facilitate meetings and advisory groups to support program success;
  • Flexible work arrangements may be considered.

About You:

  • As a skilled professional, you have:
  • A deep understanding of organizational development and its interdependencies;
  • Proven success in overseeing and managing strategic programs, including HRIS and data maturity-building;
  • Extensive knowledge across project management, change management, and process improvement methodologies;
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, partnering, and relationship management;
  • Strategic-level verbal and written communication skills to inspire collaboration;
  • Research, analytical, problem-solving, and writing skills, along with attention to detail;
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, committees, and execute actions and deliverables;
  • Strong organizational change management capability, including digital transformation;
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field preferred;
  • Accreditation's across project, change, and/or process improvement methodologies.

Security Clearance is required for this role. Applicants must hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance to baseline level or have the ability to gain one.
