
Organizational Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our organizational development team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the continuous development of our workforce culture and capability programs.
About the Role:
The OD team is accountable for delivering projects that drive business outcomes and provide guidance and leadership to the team. Your expertise in managing workplace change projects, including developing scopes, timelines, and resource requirements, will be invaluable to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR to identify initiatives and opportunities to develop programs that build and develop leadership and people capabilities.
- Manage ongoing organisational 'people projects' to ensure successful delivery and implementation.
- Deliver OD functions, including:
- Develop and deliver People and Culture projects and workforce plan outcomes.
- Maintain a contemporary employee onboarding program.
- Establish a performance measurement and talent development pathway.
- Deliver 'Town Hall' and other organisational culture sessions and events.
- Create an environment where all members of the OD team can achieve success through strong and supportive leadership.
- Analyse and review the impact of programs, projects, and initiatives to enable continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or Project Management.
- Accreditations in professional styles assessments or other workforce-related frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in managing workplace change projects, including scope development, timeline management, and resource allocation.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR and L&D processes, policies, trends, and emerging concepts.
- Highly developed communication skills, including relationship building and communication with all levels of the organization.
- Able to influence and motivate others to achieve common goals.
- Able to analyse operational systems and processes to support continuous improvement and drive innovation.
