Detailed Responsibilities:
- Coordinate full breadth of customer liaison activities to ensure positive and consistent customer experience.
- Schedule changes to customer and resource rosters within short notice periods to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain high standards of service over time and across all services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in fast-paced customer service or workforce scheduling teams.
- Previous experience working with or maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities within deadlines and changes in work priorities.
- Current and in-depth knowledge of pricing arrangements and support catalogues.
