We are seeking an experienced Rostering and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in a role that requires effective coordination of customer liaison activities.

This position involves ensuring a positive and consistent customer experience by executing changes to customer and resource rosters and appointments. The successful applicant will play a key role in enhancing the overall customer journey, maintaining high standards of service over time and across all services.

The Rostering and Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for coordinating full customer liaison activities, including executing changes to customer and resource rosters and appointments. This role involves working with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations within short notice periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute changes to customer and resource rosters and appointments\
  • Work with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations within short notice periods\
  • Maintain high standards of service over time and across all services\
  • Enhance the overall customer journey through effective communication and coordination\
  • Rotate between shifts from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm and 10:30 am to 6:30 pm, with occasional evening and weekend shifts while working from home on a rotational basis\

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field\
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing role\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment\
  • Basic knowledge of scheduling software and systems\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\
  • Able to rotate between shifts, including evenings and weekends\
  • Familiarity with industry-standard practices and procedures\
  • Awareness of company policies and procedures\
