As a seasoned Senior Enterprise Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving strategic relationships with our most valued clients while shaping the future of our sales organization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a portfolio of enterprise relationships to maximize client value and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute sophisticated territory strategies that drive both short-term and long-term results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and best practices in our approach to market.
- Mentor team members on complex deal structures and strategic account planning.
- Partner with sales leadership to drive exceptional client outcomes and team development.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with 8+ years of experience in technology, software, or advisory services.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members while maintaining personal excellence.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate and influence C-level relationships.
- Experience leading complex, multi-year strategic initiatives with senior stakeholders.
- Outstanding executive presence and communication skills.
