Health Safety Environmental Professional

We are seeking a skilled HSE professional to drive health, safety, environment and quality outcomes across active projects.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain effective health, safety and environmental systems, policies and procedures.
- Support site teams with risk assessments, incident investigations and reporting to ensure a proactive safety culture.
- Coordinate regular audits, inspections and compliance checks to monitor legislative changes.
- Engage with stakeholders to promote a positive safety attitude and encourage continuous improvement in HSEQ practices.
- Develop opportunities for ongoing learning and development in health, safety and environment.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HSE role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Cert IV in WHS or additional relevant qualifications.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Australian safety and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and hands-on approach.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing project needs.
