Job Title: Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator
This role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of safety, health and environmental standards across all projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HSE principles and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HSE strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and control HSE practices and provide guidance to project teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
- Provide training and coaching to project teams on HSE best practices.
- Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar HSE role within the construction or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE principles, regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
