As a Company Secretary, you will play a critical role in supporting the Boards of our subsidiaries, ensuring that they operate effectively and efficiently. You will be responsible for providing high-quality secretariat services, including managing meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and maintaining accurate records.

A Day in the Life

No two days are the same in this role. You will be working closely with senior stakeholders, including Directors and Management, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in law, business, or finance
  • Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance (GIA)
  • Risk mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify and understand risks, openly discuss them, and act on them
  • Thorough knowledge of secretariat practice, including relevant legislation, regulations, and standards
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, meet deadlines, and make sound judgements
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to continuous development
  • Proven track record of establishing good relationships with senior stakeholders and ability to ensure effective information flows between Directors and Management

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a dynamic and supportive work environment.
