AusNet Services Ltd is a leading energy infrastructure company, and we are seeking an experienced Asset Inspection Auditor to join our team in Beaconsfield, Victoria.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working as part of our Asset Inspection Team, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. As an Asset Inspection Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting scheduled audits on work completed by Asset Inspectors, identifying areas for improvement, and providing constructive feedback.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled audits on work completed by Asset Inspectors, ensuring compliance with procedures and standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to Asset Inspectors.
  • Collaborate with the Asset Inspection Group Leader to deploy the Trainee Program and mentor trainees.
  • Deliver internal training as required and maintain awareness of relevant legislation, laws, regulations, standards, codes, and Ausnet policies and procedures.
  • Enable accelerated culture change by fostering care, curiosity, and connection through a tangible and measurable approach to employee feedback.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Certificate II in Asset Inspection (essential).
  • VESI Mandatory Skills and Training requirements for an Asset Inspector.
  • The ability to ask smart questions, improve at pace, and simplify complexity.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.

Please note that while this job requires a strong background in asset inspection, it's not necessary to check every box. We're looking for a good combination of skills and qualifications.
