Key Responsibilities

We seek a dedicated professional to provide exceptional customer service to valued clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to client inquiries regarding contract management, settlements, and construction phases.
  • Maintaining and updating daily, weekly, and monthly settlement status reports.
  • Liaising with vendors, agents, solicitors, financial planners, brokers, buyers, and internal staff about the status of contracts, settlements, and construction progress.
  • Providing necessary background information on off-the-plan property transactions, contracts, construction, and settlements for educational purposes.
  • Interpreting and explaining fundamental contract terms & conditions.
  • Preparing pitch materials, handover booklets, and manuals for document preparation.
  • Assisting clients with defect inspections, depreciation schedules, and property leasing.
  • Providing administrative and business support to internal staff such as agents, sales support, mortgage planners, and acquisition teams.
  • Holding regular meetings with developers/agents to update them on the project's settlement status.
  • Assisting the team in developing strategies for positive client engagement, programs for new client onboarding, cross-functional planning, and analytical insights for process improvements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary degree.
  • Experience in a customer service position under the real estate industry.
  • The ability to work outside of normal weekday hours when necessary for client services.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer operation and familiarity with Adobe, DocuSign, and HubSpot.
  • Attention to detail and result-oriented.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
