Key Account Support Specialist Role

The successful applicant will play a pivotal part in delivering outstanding customer experiences, focusing on high-value clients. They will ensure client requirements are met through proactive communication, exceptional service, and a client-centric approach.

Key responsibilities include the management of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), resolving client enquiries within service level agreements (SLAs), and collaborating closely with the Sales team to drive sales growth.

They must also provide high-quality customer service, generate quotations, and follow up to convert to sales within agreed SLAs. Additionally, they will contribute to sales targets by working closely with the Sales team and performing value-added activities.
