We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Key Client Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support across all aspects of campaign management.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive client support to ensure seamless campaign operations and delivery of consistent, reliable, and friendly service to all clients.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met by working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues that may impact campaign performance.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of industry trends and their impact on clients and the wider digital landscape.
Campaign ManagementPre-campaign
  • Conduct thorough Quality Assurance (QA) of pre-campaign documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Project manage the build of creative assets and other campaign setup requirements to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage the trafficking of creative tags to ensure seamless integration with client campaigns.
Campaign Activation
  • Request and deliver high-quality screengrabs to clients in a timely manner.
  • Ensure client reporting is set up correctly to provide insights into campaign performance.
  • Monitor pacing and performance of campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Request campaign upweights where necessary to optimize campaign performance.
End of Campaign
  • Deliver post-campaign reporting and insights to clients to help them make informed decisions about future marketing activities.
  • Manage the re-booking of Business As Usual (BAU) activity to ensure continuous client support.
Administrative Support
  • Manage client relationships within the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of interactions and communication history.
  • Reconcile bookings where necessary to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Support the investigation and resolution of invoice queries to ensure prompt payment from clients.
Technical Support
  • Implement and troubleshoot tracking pixels to ensure accurate data capture.
  • Develop expertise in Tag Management Systems (TMS) such as Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Tealium.
  • Collaborate with the Account Services Manager to troubleshoot campaign issues and develop solutions to improve campaign performance.
Product & Industry Knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with MiQ's product suite and understand the requirements for activation and key differentiators compared to competitors.
  • Research industry trends and their impact on MiQ, clients, and the wider digital landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.
Insight Delivery
  • Proactively connect multiple data points to deliver insight-driven recommendations to clients during and post-campaign.
  • Recognize patterns and points of differentiation to deliver robust and actionable insights to clients.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in an advertising/media agency or similar environment.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
  • Client-facing experience in programmatic advertising (Client Services/Sales Support/Ad-Ops background).
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
