Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact Centre inbound and outbound call enquiries
  • Provide a point of contact for clients and actively manage the client relationship
  • Assist with client enquiries in line with our service offering and liaise with key relationships
  • Draft and produce client communications as required by advisors and managers
  • Managing chat and email enquiries from advisers/clients
  • Answering phone calls from key advisers and servicing their needs including adviser and dealer group administration
  • Utilise effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations

Requirements:
  • Superannuation or managed funds experience, with knowledge of insurance or banking products and familiarity with platform products and wrap services
  • Proven client service experience in a call centre environment, and a passion for customers
  • Energised by resolving questions and supporting clients through outstanding phone interaction
  • Great problem-solving abilities and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively both internally and externally
  • Have a proven ability to pick up new technology and systems quickly
