We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Partner to join our team at Charles Darwin University. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic human resource management advice and support to our clients across a broad range of disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to clients on a range of HR-related matters, including workplace conduct, performance management, and change management.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business outcomes and improve the employee experience.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify workforce trends and make recommendations to improve performance, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Work closely with People Operations and Employee Relations to drive key initiatives and projects in business areas.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in providing strategic human resource management advice at a senior level.
  • Leadership capability, experience, and demonstrated capacity to coach others, especially senior executives.
  • Sound generalist knowledge across the range of HR practice, including recruitment and selection, relocation, remuneration and benefits, performance management, employee relations, organisational development, work, health and safety, and equity and diversity.
  • Proven ability to use metrics and workforce management to drive impact.
  • High level analytic and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to successfully deliver high-quality outcomes and meet deadlines.
