About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced HSEQ Advisor & Manager to join our team at Infrastructure People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving compliance and achieving Safety Certainty 2.0 Program KPIs for our defence projects across the Northern Territory.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor WHSEQ Advisors and operational teams in the effective application of our Business Management System
  • Lead, train and motivate Senior WSHEQ Advisors and WHSEQ Advisors in the Customer Stream and operational teams
  • Ensure new / revised Company BMS processes are communicated to, and implemented by operational teams
  • Prepare Executive Investigation Reports presentations as required
  • Engage stakeholders in the development of Management Plans and Risk Registers

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a WHSEQ leadership role
  • Minimum 10 years in WHSEQ generally (ideally in the building/construction industry)
  • Certificate IV or greater in WHS
  • Ability to obtain ADF DCAC & Police Check
  • Good knowledge of Asbestos Removal & Demolition
