Diverse Claim Specialist

This pivotal position involves managing a diverse portfolio of claims from inception to resolution. As a Claims Advisor, you will investigate liability, analyze medical and rehabilitation data, assess claim values, and negotiate settlements.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and manage claims, including communication with solicitors or direct claimants by phone, correspondence, and/or attending settlement conferences and/or hearings.
- Obtain and review medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports to assist in the accurate assessment of individual claims.
- Ensure legislative compliance timeframes are met in conjunction with ongoing review of medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports.
- Adept appropriate strategies to resolve claims cost-effectively.
- Ensure early access to appropriate rehabilitation so that injured claimants can achieve optimal recovery from their injuries.
- Negotiate claims settlements with solicitors in line with legislative, regulatory, and procedural guidelines.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service to employers and injured claimants through compliance with legislation, timely response times, and efficiency in processing.
