As a Senior Associate Liability Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse array of claims on behalf of NSW Government agencies. Your responsibilities will include handling claims arising from public liability, professional indemnity, property damage and construction, asbestos, sexual abuse, discrimination, debt recovery, and environmental law.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a wide range of claims for NSW Government agencies, providing expert legal counsel and guidance.
  • Handle claims related to public liability, professional indemnity, property damage, and construction, asbestos, sexual abuse, discrimination, debt recovery, and environmental law, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Work closely with experienced Defendant clients in a fast-paced environment, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
