About the Position
  • Lead high-value acquisitions of operating tourism assets, driving strategic growth and expansion
  • Originate, evaluate, and negotiate large-scale acquisitions of operating holiday parks and resorts across Australia and New Zealand
  • Oversee the end-to-end transaction process – financial modelling, due diligence, capital structuring, IC papers, and execution
About You
  • 10+ years' experience in property acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, investment banking, or related fields
  • A proven track record of originating and executing complex, high-value transactions
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
