Senior Acquisition Developer

This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex acquisition and development initiatives that support the growth of housing solutions for Defence members and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Lead feasibility analysis and provide detailed recommendations to senior management to shape the future of housing development.
- Develop strategic partnerships with stakeholders and coordinate a range of activities to support business objectives.
- Drive the acquisition of development sites to meet the growing need for new housing in key locations across Australia.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential land acquisition, advanced knowledge of planning frameworks, and excellent business acumen.
Essential Skills and Qualifications- Complex analytical and negotiation skills to resolve issues and manage challenging matters.
- Highly developed expertise in residential land acquisition and redevelopment projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
