Job Title: Agricultural Business Development Director

  • The role focuses on developing and implementing sales campaigns for agribusiness assets, including commercial mixed agricultural operations, beef cattle, dairy, sheep assets, permanent crops, grains, pulses, other pastoral operations, and intensive farming land.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with regional contacts, fostering existing and new relationships with businesses. Responsibilities include analysing the sale of properties and client's probability & potential of Agribusiness going to market timelines.
  • A key aspect is driving internal relationships between divisions via referrals, ensuring information transfer and opportunities between divisions, with referral income tracked and encouraged.
  • You will prepare marketing submissions, client progress reports on campaigns, and sales agency agreements at a high standard with a focus on details.
