About the Role

Our organisation is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with treatment providers to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Conduct on-site assessments of workplaces to understand job demands and responsibilities, and provide recommendations for injury prevention and management.
  • Provide clinical opinions through report writing, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality care and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AHPRA or ESSA registration, as well as a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • A passion for helping individuals navigate complex rehabilitation plans, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
