Expert Clinical Advisor

This is a rehabilitation consultant role. The primary objective of this position is to provide expert clinical guidance and support individuals in regaining independence, improving their quality of life, and reintegrating into the community and workforce.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing personalized rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation, and identifying potential return to work pathways.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop tailored rehabilitation plans
- Utilize problem-solving skills, clinical experience, and knowledge of injury management to facilitate the return to work of claimants
- Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, families, insurance companies, employers, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary level qualification as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Provisional Psychologist (AHPRA) or Exercise Physiologist (ESSA)
- Previous experience completing structured assessments or passion for supporting injured individuals to identify strengths, transferable skills, and potential for career direction
- Experience with complex case management and supporting clients to achieve return to life or return to work outcomes despite challenging circumstances
- Driver's license and own vehicle essential
