About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an integral position that requires providing quality customer service to patients, employees and members of the public.

The successful candidate will complete a range of operational, clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the facility. Tasks include providing assistance with more complex projects, providing relief for other staff as required, and contributing to quality improvement activities.

Key responsibilities include supporting the manager and team by making decisions and taking initiative in day-to-day operational matters. You will also work according to established work practices and procedures, working under general instruction and broad supervision.

Multiple positions are available.
