Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the establishment of our organisation in Australia, enabling us to deliver our services to young people across the country.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand and learn about our charitable objectives and services
  • Develop clear guidance to promote organisational understanding of establishing a subsidiary overseas
  • Build a project team to collect and collate key information for the transition
  • Lead the implementation of a structured management of change process

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Australian charity structures and regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering high-scale projects, including project scoping, planning and implementation
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Tools, including Office365 applications
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, connecting with others in overseas locations
