Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including field crews, subcontractors, and vendors, to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Champion safety and compliance by conducting regular site audits, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring all activities align with regulatory requirements.
  3. Oversee project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure program profitability.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to support project success and resolve issues proactively.
  5. Review and approve scopes of work and quotes, ensuring accuracy, alignment with project goals, and compliance with financial and operational standards.
  6. Monitor and manage plant, equipment, and materials, ensuring optimal utilization, maintenance, and availability to support uninterrupted project delivery.
  7. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance safety, efficiency, and team performance, and implementing practical solutions that add value to the business.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification in electrical or related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in the electrical industry, with proven leadership experience managing crews and contractors.
  • Strong financial oversight and project management skills.
  • Solid understanding of safety standards and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
