Project Director Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of critical infrastructure upgrades across Canberra.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, including team recruitment, program execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure contractual compliance, manage risks and opportunities, and drive project profitability through accurate forecasting and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Champion a strong safety culture, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

About You

  • Proven experience in project management working in infrastructure services.
  • A strong understanding of regulations and local authorities is preferred.
  • Bring strong leadership and communication skills, strategic problem-solving ability, and a solid grasp of commercial, financial, safety, and quality management to drive project success.
