Key Role: Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced electrical engineering professional to join our team. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in managing projects and a strong commitment to developing others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and develop team capability around technical delivery, project, and client outcomes
  • Deliver high-quality projects for clients
  • Develop and submit proposals
  • Contribute to resource allocation
  • Act as project manager or discipline lead for medium-sized projects
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, industry networks, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) with 7+ years' relevant experience in electrical engineering on multidisciplinary industrial or water projects
  • Professional Engineering Registration in Victoria
  • Demonstrated consulting mindset, including proactive stakeholder engagement, strategic problem-solving, project management skills, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions for clients
  • Previous experience and a strong appetite to manage a team – ability to develop and empower a high-performing team
  • Practical knowledge of relevant Australian Standards, such as AS/NZS 3000, switchboards, and hazardous areas standards
