Key Business Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, strong stakeholder management abilities, and a proven track record of leading complex initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of strategic projects and transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Drive engagement with stakeholders, including executive teams, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify business needs and opportunities through deep analysis and insight.
  • Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable solutions and specifications.
  • Lead workshops to elicit and refine requirements, and validate solutions.
  • Mentor and support other Business Analysts to build capability and consistency.
  • Design and document processes, workflows, and solution architecture.
  • Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project to support delivery and governance.
QualificationsBusiness Analyst required to have:
  • 5–8 years' experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally with exposure to agile large-scale or enterprise-level projects.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Deep experience in one or more domains: risk & compliance, digital, transformation, operations, or IT.
  • Proficient in business process modelling (As-Is/To-Be), user story development, and data analysis.
  • Experience in regulated industries is highly regarded.
