Senior Schedule Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in creating and maintaining schedules for individual programs and projects. This role will be instrumental in planning workshops, creating project timelines, and developing a portfolio schedule to support strategic decision-making.
The Role- Facilitate collaboration with Project Managers and key stakeholders to plan and coordinate schedules;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules that include key milestones, work breakdown structures, and critical path activities;
- Develop an overarching scheduling framework that ensures consistency and effective project planning across the organization;
- Evaluate schedule progress and performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in schedule management, with a proven track record of success;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Project and other relevant tools and technologies;
- Additional skills in project management, business analysis, or operations research are highly regarded.
