Senior Planning and Scheduling Manager

This a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role at the centre of one of Queensland's legacy mega projects, a program that will leave an enduring mark on the state for generations to come.
Responsibilities- Lead governance, integration, and oversight of all scheduling activities across the program, uniting diverse delivery packages into one coherent and accountable schedule.
- Ensure milestones are met, risks are anticipated, and decisions are informed by clarity and insight.
- Lead and develop a small, high-performing team, instilling a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with contractors, government stakeholders, and delivery partners to ensure alignment and foster trust in a complex, high-profile environment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating complexity into clear strategic advice and shaping critical program decisions.
- Proven leader in planning and scheduling with deep infrastructure expertise.
- Ability to inspire, influence, and deliver at scale on a program of national significance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
