About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Farm Office Coordinator to join our team at Warakirri Cropping. As a key member of our Coordination and Administration Team, you will play a vital role in supporting our farm operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety System Administration: You will be responsible for the administration of our safety systems, ensuring that all necessary procedures are in place and up-to-date.
  • Casual Staff and Contractor Onboarding: You will support with the onboarding and induction of casual staff and contractors, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their roles.
  • Contractor Coordination: You will engage and coordinate contractors for repair and maintenance works, as well as liaise with external real estate inspectors.
  • Invoice Processing and Accounts Payable: You will be responsible for processing invoices and managing accounts payable, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Data Entry: You will enter data into our farm management and finance systems, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Administration Tasks: You will perform various administration tasks to help meet month-end reporting requirements, including data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: You will have previous experience in a similar role, although it does not need to be in the same industry.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: You will have basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.
  • System Administration: You will have the ability to easily pick up new systems and be proficient in their use.
  • Attention to Detail: You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to accurately complete tasks.
  • Team Player: You will be a team player and enjoy contributing to a successful farm team.
  • Initiative and Self-Motivation: You will have initiative and self-motivation, with a strong desire to learn and grow in your role.
