About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Risk and Compliance Expert to join our team. This exciting new role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise-wide supplier due diligence, compliance, and assurance program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supplier due diligence processes and technology on an enterprise-wide scale.
  • Mature procurement governance, including policy, procedure, and framework drafting within a category management environment.
  • Manage supplier risk and assurance programs within a regulated environment.
  • Leverage metrics for innovation and technology integration.
  • Manage large groups of internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in procurement and supply chain, procurement governance, and compliance.
  • Relevant experience in managing a third-party supplier risk and assurance program within a centre-led procurement function.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing appropriate stakeholder strategies, supplier sustainability, and ESG considerations and reporting.
  • Proficiency using business systems including ERP, Source to Pay systems, and the Microsoft Suite (incl. Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
