An experienced Contracts Advisor is needed to provide expert support and advice on contracts for a leading Urban Utilities Field Services division, focusing on managing contractual issues and business improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer expert advice and support on establishing and maintaining contracts using Ellipse and Open Windows systems.
- Manage contract administration, compliance, and reporting in collaboration with the Group Procurement team.
- Lead sourcing activities up to $250k, ensuring compliance with governance and procedures.
- Develop and refine processes for purchasing and payment mechanisms, and ensure timely payment of claims/invoices.
- Provide education and support on contract management, purchase order management, and payment methods.
- Engage with stakeholders to drive process improvements and monitor contract spend to maintain compliance and budgetary control.

**About You**:

- In-depth knowledge of procurement, contract lifecycles, and procurement processes.
- Experience in managing contracts within an ERP system, preferably Ellipse.
- Skilled in managing financial data and contract spend.
- Extensive experience in administering contracts, with no tertiary qualifications required.
- Proficient in advanced Excel for formulas and data analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work effectively, with strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities to foster collaboration and drive business improvements.
