Senior Marketing and Data Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing and Data Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

This role will play a pivotal part in helping us understand our audience, their interests, and how they engage with our content and commercial campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic insights to drive audience acquisition, retention, and engagement across the funnel.

  • Analyse emerging market and platform trends in women's media to identify new content and product opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver actionable intelligence that informs content strategy, marketing campaigns, and product decisions.
  • Lead a team focused on providing leadership on content strategies based on audience behaviour, competitive analysis, and trend signals.
  • Oversee and evolve dashboards, reports, and tools for stakeholders to self-serve key audience data.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in audience research, marketing analytics, and/or insights.
  • Strong quantitative research experience, managing end-to-end research and interpreting data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience with survey and data tools such as Q, Alchemer, SPSS, Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, and social platform insights.
  • Ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives that influence decision-making.
