Job Opportunity

We are seeking a data-driven professional to support the execution of growth initiatives across our B2B and B2C platforms in APAC.

About This Role
  • Analyze customer behavior, marketing performance, and product usage data to identify opportunities for growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Develop frameworks to tailor experiences by segment, lifecycle stage, or product need.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose solutions and track impact.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Growth Analytics & Insights: Develop dashboards, deep dives, and recurring reports to inform decision-making.
  2. Segmentation & Personalization: Identify high-value cohorts and recommend targeted growth strategies.
  3. Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with teams to propose solutions and track impact.
  4. Campaign Execution Support: Partner with teams to support campaign execution (e.g., building audience segments, setting up campaigns).
  5. Experimentation & Testing: Design, execute, and analyze tests across the user journey.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in growth, marketing analytics, product analytics, or consulting, preferably in fast-paced digital environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, including Excel/Google Sheets and at least one of: Amplitude, Power BI, SQL.
