Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Executive Leadership Team to develop a comprehensive data strategy that informs key business decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to provide timely insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Design and implement data visualizations that effectively communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor and coach business stakeholders on how to maximize the value of our data insights suite.
Defining the Insights Vision and Roadmap
  • Develop a clear roadmap for delivering a set of reports, dashboards, and scorecards that meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations in Business Intelligence reporting and continuously improve our approach to leveraging data for insights.
  • Collaborate with our data engineering team to identify and deliver self-service options for insights and reporting.
Leading the Insights Team and Product
  • Shape the development roadmap for our insights product, prioritizing features and functionalities based on business needs.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team of business insights analysts who can deliver meaningful insights and drive business outcomes.
  • Manage blockers, dependencies, and capacity constraints to ensure successful delivery of business value at pace.
Requirements
  • Experience leading and coaching teams, with a proven track record of setting and delivering on clear priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical concepts and recommend compelling solutions.
  • Able to form trusted relationships with leaders, being seen as a partner of choice on key strategic and business decisions.
