About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our events team as a strategic event planner. As an Events Assistant/Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional results for our clients through the planning and execution of high-profile events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Events Manager to manage the Sydney events calendar.
  • Provide support to practice groups, industry partners, and internal teams in developing event strategies that align with our organization's goals.
  • Identify and recommend event opportunities that enhance our brand reputation and drive business growth.
  • Oversee end-to-end event management for client events, webinars, and office-wide staff events in Sydney and at external venues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in event management, preferably in a professional services or large corporation environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and administrative background.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.
  • Excellent project management skills, including defining activities, responsibilities, and deadlines.
  • Maintaining composure and high level of personal presentation, professionalism, and polish during event delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
