We are seeking a skilled Employment Relations Lawyer to join our team in Brisbane.
- This role will involve providing expert advice on employment and industrial relations matters, including compliance, enterprise bargaining, workplace change, and dispute management.
- You will work closely with partners and colleagues to deliver innovative and practical solutions for clients.
The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years' PAE in employment relations, workplace relations, or industrial relations law, with experience in front-end workplace relations advice and conducting back-end litigation.
You will be required to have strong drafting, communication, and advocacy skills, as well as a proactive and commercially focused approach to client service.
The salary range for this position is A$145,600.00-A$153,000 per annum.
Job Requirements:
- Advise private and public sector clients on employment and industrial relations matters.
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and workplace documentation.
- Represent clients in courts, tribunals, and commissions on employment and industrial disputes.
