
Senior Employment and Industrial Relations Advisor

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor on employment law and industrial relations matters. You will partner with leaders to interpret legislation and mitigate risk, finding commercially viable solutions to complex workforce challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure legally compliant enterprise practices and identify compliance risks.
- Provide strategic advice on employment and industrial relations matters, including litigation, interpretation of industrial instruments, disciplinary matters and disputes.
As a key member of the team, you will support the resolution of disputes, balancing operational, commercial and reputational risks while seeking win-win outcomes. You will also quantify legal risks across the organisation's industrial landscape and ensure payroll compliance with legislation and industrial instruments.
