About the Role:

The Product Manager will play a key leadership role in driving the development and execution of product strategies to meet business objectives and customer needs at Gracewell Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Define Product Requirements: Define product requirements and priorities based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to align product development efforts with business objectives.
  • Product Development and Execution: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and prioritization to launch and post-launch evaluation.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Customer Focus and User Experience: Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance and success.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Alignment: Communicate product plans, updates, and priorities to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform product decisions.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools is a plus.
