Database Management Expert

We are seeking a skilled Senior Database Administrator to manage and maintain our Oracle databases, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring Oracle XStream CDC Source connectors for the Confluent Platform.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with development teams to design and implement database solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain Oracle databases, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Configure and optimize Xtreme Components for effective database management.
- Implement and manage Oracle XStream CDC Source connectors for the Confluent Platform.
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement database solutions that meet business needs.
- Proficiency in Xtreme Components Configuration.
- Experience in Oracle XStream CDC Source connector for Confluent Platform Configuration.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Database Administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in database administration, with a focus on Oracle databases.
