About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various tasks, including supplier engagement, management and coordination, reporting on variations and managing updates to work orders.

They will also liaise with managers, training organizations, professionals, owners and staff to ensure that goals are met with the introduction of new programs.

In addition, they will be responsible for accurate and timely data entry of supplier invoices into the system, providing advice to senior management on issues requiring attention, and implementing decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of individual programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Document program activities using forms and records.
  • E nsure program activities comply with relevant legislation and professional standards.
  • Organise regular meetings with managers and staff involved in the programs.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, schedules of meetings, and minutes of meetings.
  • Liaise with other managers to ensure effective delivery of the program.
  • Write reports on the programs for management.
  • E nsure programs operate within approved parameters.
  • E nsure all financial records for programs are up-to-date.
  • Report evaluation findings to the Director and recommend changes to enhance programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2).
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in project administration.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
