Job Description:

As a skilled Program Scheduler, you will play a vital role in delivering high-impact government transformation initiatives. You will contribute to the development and management of integrated master schedules for large-scale programs, ensuring timely delivery of program milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.
  • Perform resource allocation, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking in collaboration with multiple project teams.
  • Consolidate schedules, identify dependencies, and provide impact analysis to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Identify schedule risks and support mitigation planning to ensure successful program execution.
  • Communicate complex schedule information effectively to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in developing and maintaining integrated master schedules for large-scale programs.
  2. Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent.
  3. Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and provide insights to inform project decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  5. Understanding of Agile release planning and integration with broader program schedules is highly desirable.
