Job Title

This role focuses on strategic programs and driving marketing activities for key audiences. As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, Strategic Programs you will help shape and execute leading marketing initiatives, develop our global brand, and collaborate with leaders and peers across the organisation.

  • Manage end-to-end planning and delivery of national events, including marketing, communications, program reporting, venue arrangements, and speaker coordination.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the broader business to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Coordinate creative development, approvals, and production timelines while managing program databases and content across multiple platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support the rollout of campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Key Skills:

  • End-to-end event and project management skills.
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team and independently.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple agendas and meet demanding time frames.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, CRM and e-marketing experience, relevant tertiary qualifications or work experience, and experience in professional services or B2B environment.
