Key Job Responsibilities

SHE-com is the world's fastest growing community for female e-commerce brand owners.

  • Deliver expert financial coaching on profitability in live group coaching calls and one-to-one sessions to help members improve their margins and cash flow.
  • Provide advanced guidance on improving profit margins across SKUs, pricing, cost management and financial forecasting to assist members in making informed business decisions.
  • Develop easy-to-use dashboards and templates for members to track financial performance and stay on top of their business goals.
  • Create clear, actionable training videos on key financial topics to improve member financial literacy and confidence in managing their businesses.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify member needs and create content that addresses common profitability challenges.

As an experienced Financial Performance Coach, you will play a critical role in helping our members understand their financial numbers, maximise margins and build sustainable, profitable businesses.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in e-commerce, ideally as a founder who has exited or as a senior leader inside a high-growth e-commerce brand with expertise in profit optimisation and margin improvement.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial topics in a clear, approachable way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Confident coaching both small groups and individuals with a passion for developing practical tools, templates and training resources.
