Job Title: Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will have an analytical mindset with excellent quantitative, data analysis and data visualisation skills.
The key responsibilities of this role include analysing and evaluating all investments that drive consumer demand, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, gift with purchase and bundling to bolster margins, developing models and frameworks to forecast the incremental revenue generated by each investment type, making recommendations on budget allocation to maximise profitable growth, partnering with Category to develop ranging pricing strategy, analysing internal and external factors including competitor pricing to guide recommendations and decision making, owning the national price promotion calendar, ensuring all promotional activities are aligned to commercial objectives and brand positioning, using data-driven analysis to plan, execute and post-analyse promotional plans to optimise both volume and margin, partnering with sales and retail marketing to ensure consistency of execution across key accounts and channels, working closely with category/brand, sales, demand, supply chain and finance teams to create seamless business plans that deliver profitable growth, ensuring consistency of pricing and promotional approaches across online and offline channels, facilitating transparent communication on revenue optimisation initiatives – input findings and recommendations to IBP cadence, setting up and managing robust reporting mechanisms to track revenue optimisation performance, preparing dashboard and regular performance reports for leadership, including promotional ROI analyses, generating actionable insight through advanced analytics and market benchmarking, identifying risks and opportunities ahead of time, providing clear recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field
- A Master's degree or MBA is a plus
- Solid experience on a global scale in roles related to sales, market strategy, market analytics, revenue management, or pricing
- Strong understanding of market analysis methodologies, strategic planning, revenue management techniques, and pricing strategies
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel or other spreadsheet applications, along with proficiency in data visualisation and reporting tools
