Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and motivated facilities professional to manage our data centres, oversee site logistics, physical security, general maintenance, and facility presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain building compliance through the implementation of approved workplans and schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to emergency and health and safety regulations and policies by administering activities such as parking allocation, waste disposal, and building security.
  • Uphold the presentation and upkeep of facilities by overseeing caretakers and contracted staff.
  • Manage logistics within the facilities, collaborating with the Operations team to enforce security protocols and standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections for repairs or renovations of facility structures, coordinating access for clients, guests, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Promote and enforce safe work practices, oversee staff as directed by management, and represent the company professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Experience in scheduling or coordination of meetings or bookings.
  • Confidently use a computer along with the ability to use Microsoft Office programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, Office Management or Security Management is highly desirable.
